Is the home value report really free?
Yes. It is a professional opinion of value based on recent comparable sales near you. It is not an appraisal, and there is no obligation to list.
Do I have to list with you after getting my home value?
No. Many owners use the report to plan a move months ahead. You decide if and when to sell.
Can you help if I need to sell before I buy?
Yes. We plan both sides together: pricing, timing, conditions in your offer and what to ask your lender about bridge financing, so you are not caught between two closings.
Which areas do you cover?
Markham, Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Caledon, Richmond Hill, Toronto and the rest of the Greater Toronto Area.
Do you speak Punjabi or Hindi?
Yes. Inderpal works in English, Punjabi and Hindi.
How is a buyer’s agent paid in Ontario?
Compensation is set out in the Buyer Representation Agreement you sign. It is often covered by the seller’s side, but terms vary by property. We walk through it before you sign anything.
